You tell us the shape of it
How many, roughly when, and what the evening is for. A date is not required — most enquiries arrive before one is fixed.

We come back with a price
We write back with what the kitchen can do at that size, a set menu or two, and a figure. Pricing is quoted per event, after a conversation.

You decide, then it becomes a booking
Nothing is held until you accept. When you do, the room comes out of the diary and we start planning the card.
Every quote is built on the same card the kitchen cooks nightly.
